Pork Fillets

Here is my recipe for pork tenderloin with orange sauce, garnished with fresh parsley and orange zest confit. It uses the same ideas as the typical Duck à l'Orange recipe to get a lot of orange flavor into the dish.

This recipe is the result of a quick experiment to serve pork tenderloin on a salad with a cooked garlic, ginger and mint dressing.

The dish was really fast to prepare and turned out to be really tasty.
