Sausage

Münchner Weißwurst ("Munich-style White Sausage") is a German specialty from Bavaria. It's made from veal, pork and pork skin and is often served with Krautsalat (German-style coleslaw), pretzels and a special sweet mustard ("Weißwurstsenf").

For Thanksgiving 2002 I cooked my first whole turkey. Since then I have modified and improved the original recipe. Here is my recipe for a pomegranate-glazed turkey with a sausage, chestnut, sage and orange stuffing.
